Textile thermosetting ink printing
textile printing with thermosetting ink has many advantages, because the content of this ink is 100%, and its dry components can remain suspended. When the ink is heated, the resin particles begin to soften, expand, and absorb all the surrounding liquids to form a uniform ink film. This happens when the ink film reaches 149~163 ℃, the boiling point of all liquid components is about 210 ℃, Therefore, there is no volatile matter during the curing process, the printing pattern is clear, and other advantages are more:
1. Easy to store, no hardening, no peeling
2. It does not volatilize harmful substances during solidification, which is environmental friendly
3. it can be left on the silk plate for a few days without thickening, and it will not block the plate for half a year
4. saving ink during printing can save costs
although the result of this is that the product is a thermosetting ink that will continuously enhance customer satisfaction, there are many benefits, but printing a good pattern is not simple. The number of lines added in textile processing and printing, the target line ratio of plate making and the printing method are different from those of paper, optical disc and organic film
first, stretch
use yellow dyed silk, aluminum frame, stretch angle is 90 degrees, use 30min stretch method, the tension reaches 22n/cm, and the tension of each version is the same
30min tension method:
1. Tighten the tension of longitude and latitude to half of the specified value at the same time
2. Stable for 60s
3. increase the tension by 2~4n/cm and pause for 60s
4. increase the tension by 2~4n/cm, and then operate to the tension value
5. Stabilize for 15min and stretch again to the standard tension value, but the tension of 30min stretch LEM may lose 6%~10% after 24h, which mainly occurs within the first 4h, so it should be stabilized for at least 4~8h before printing
its process is very exquisite. 2. Before printing
1. Put the film under the plate, rotate the plate left and right through the light transmission platform, observe the change of its interference pattern, and record its angle when the moire is at least. However, textiles are textured, and knitting and shuttle weaving are also different. It can be said that the textile itself will also produce moire, which requires increasing its mesh ratio. My experience is that it is better to reach 5 times or 7.5 times
2. use the exposure test piece to calculate the best exposure time through the test
3. exposure after vacuum compaction with rubber cloth. If a thick glass plate is used for compaction and exposure, water ripples will still appear, which should be paid special attention
4. After exposure, wet both sides with an adjustable nozzle (connected to the self pressure of the water pipe), wait for 1min, spray the printing surface of the plate with scattered spray, and finally wash away the residual glue on both sides, absorb the excess water with absorbent paper, and dry quickly
5. After drying, carefully observe whether the layout has fog phenomenon, because in this process, it may appear fog phenomenon if it is exposed to indoor light for too long, drying time is too long, photosensitive glue is stored for too long or exposure time is slightly short. At this time, wet the layout with a wet towel and wipe it gently before drying
III. printing
printing is also the same as selection, stretching and printing. It can't be vague. We should not only master the important parameters of printing, but also have a certain printing method:
1. Use double rotary printing machine to print
2. A far-infrared numerical control oven is necessary
3. Do not use square dots at 50% hue value, because they are the most difficult to print and are prone to moire and hue transfer
4. need accurate printing table
5. Keep the scraper pressure as small as possible and use a scraper with a hardness of 60 °
6. The distance should be as small as possible. If the moisture absorption of the cloth is strong, the distance can not be left
7. The springback distance of the plate shall be as small as possible
8. Each color must be dried
IV. drying
the printing of thermosetting ink should be divided into two parts
1. After printing each color, the platen is transferred to the oven for instant drying (flash exposure). My far infrared numerical control room oven is self-made, with a design capacity of 2400W, a 10s timer and a magnetic touch switch. When the printing platen is turned to the lower side of the oven, and the magnet is 3~4cm up and down from the oven, it corresponds to the dry reed tube, and automatically starts drying for 4~6s. After the buzzer makes a sound, turn the next platen to dry the next one. It is very easy to use. Only in this way can we ensure that the printed points are clear and sharp
2. After printing, put it into a gas dryer for drying, but don't use the oven with far-infrared heating tube for drying. Because the solvent volatilizes and has humidity, the oven will rust. You can press the cloth with silicone paper on the cloth sheet with a hot stamping machine to ensure the fastness
