good morning, everyone. Today I am honored to be the first speaker to share with you a lecture on the new generation of waterborne wood coatings. This picture is the theme of my presentation today. First of all, we will make a simple comparison between the main properties of water-based and oil-based coatings in wood. Plastic materials have lighter weight. The second topic is about the beauty of paint. we make a simple comparison of water-based and oil-based coatings. There must be other comparisons in terms of tenderness, but these aspects are not involved here. There are mainly two aspects to compare here. The first is the due conditions, humidity and temperature, because of the requirements of water-based coatings on the construction environment. Another aspect is about aesthetic feeling. After painting, whether the overall furniture looks good, such as the change in color, whether it has a good aesthetic feeling, whether it makes your wood more colorful from the perspective of color, or whether it is neutral, and even has some negative effects. German words are used here, because it is difficult to translate directly into the corresponding words. We explain it. It is the aesthetic effect of painting on wood. Although you don't know this word very well and it's difficult to translate it, the meaning is believed to be easy for everyone to solve, especially when there are many painting variables in some art painting or other painting, you can see a lot of differences in beauty. Today, I will give a simple hint about this content. Today, all the comparisons include the number we mentioned later, but focus on this aesthetic aspect. If we use molecular design, we can approach or even surpass the aesthetic feeling of oily wood

the words to be explained here are defined as the appearance effect after coating. You can know that coating may have a positive effect, that is, to enrich the color of wood, including the color of the bottom layer. But there are also negative effects, such as making our wood green, or the color we don't like. We will further explain that the appearance will change with time or Vu illumination, and even the color changes will be different when placed in different positions in different periods. For example, after we paint the same thing with different resins, the color of the paint board placed in a dark place may change more dramatically than that placed under the sun, which can achieve different effects through digital adjustment

next, explain that oil-based coating has more aesthetic feeling than water-based coating. The first is its physical state. You can understand that water-based coatings are solvent like because the resin itself is a granular dispersion or lotion. From the perspective of molecular weight, the molecular weight of water-based coatings can range from medium to very high, while the molecular weight of oil-based coatings may range from very low to low. Next is ionic charge, because water is ionic when it is dispersed in water, or when it increases solubility. This concept is often mentioned in oil. Next, we talk about the resistance of chemicals. Our water-based system is in the middle. Oily things can be from low to very high. Water-based things are positioned at a high level. The pH value is greater than 7, and there is a requirement for pH stability. Fortunately, this goal is not mentioned. There are two ways to dry water-based coatings, physical drying and chemical drying. We say that the application of water-based coatings is more physical drying. Of course, some Gemini components will also produce chemical crosslinking. The difference in performance can be understood from the first three projects

next, let's talk about what will affect the aesthetic feeling of the coating surface effect. The first is its chemical structure. As you can see from the front, low molecular weight is conducive to the embodiment of such beauty. In addition, the setting state of the resin itself has an impact on the existing state. Of course, solvent type is a kind of solution like thing, which is extremely beneficial to the effect of aesthetic coating paint. We can divide it into lotion shape in water. The difference between the definition of lotion shape and dispersion here is that lotion shape things are dispersed in water in the form of droplets, and the East and west of the dispersion are dispersed in water in the form of solid high-ranking objects. From the perspective of aesthetic feeling, the droplet system can well reflect the effect of aesthetic coating. Dispersions include our acrylic acid dispersions, which are slightly inferior to lotion in terms of aesthetics

we talked about improving the coating effect from the perspective of molecular design. First of all, we can see from the previous pictures that the aesthetic feeling can be improved if low surface charge or no ions are used. This is a physical method mainly for single components. The second aspect is the low molecular weight, which is mainly aimed at the UV system under the condition of chemical crosslinking, because it will lead to some poor anti adhesion. By protecting the stability of the colloid, we can get a low molecular weight and improve the beauty of the coating at the same time, but this way will lead to a bad aspect in the single molecular system, the sharp decline of the chemical resistant system, so the low molecular weight is mainly aimed at the UV or 2K system

first of all, we will talk about some current technologies in this picture. The first one is that everyone feels that water-based paint has won more and more market share in furniture painting this year, and the new Bingji acid has made a relatively high breakthrough. We divide the traditional acrylic acid dispersion into two parts. Even if it is very fine particles, it will also show milky white state in normal state, but the advantage is that it is very easy to prepare. In addition, it is the type of polar gel retention, which is difficult to prepare and control in the production process, especially in some resins. It is also difficult to control the rheology, which is due to the reduction of chemical resistance due to the surface charge

the surface charge changes with the pH value. As mentioned earlier, the surface charge has a negative impact on the resin, so we can see that the system with stable artistic value and stable protective glue has a much higher degree of surface charge with the increase of pH value. Our new technology is to stabilize and get good results through other ways, while avoiding the negative impact of surface charge on the resin. Single component Bingji acid does not use comprehensive chemicals, which may affect the color changes after coating, resulting in some bad color changes that we don't like. We also use some molecules to reduce the surface electrical change, so as to achieve a good coating appearance

we have several things to compare. The most important thing is to compare the number of the new generation of water-based Bing acid with that of the oily NC. The molecular weight is medium. The number of our water-based new Bing acid is very close to that of the NC obtained in the coating, and even achieves the same coating effect. This is our great progress, which ensures our quality and performance to improve the aesthetic effect of painting. Next, we talk about another design, which is water-based UV. From the current market situation, it is self-evident that water-based u makes Personalization - every product can have its own printing characteristics, and the system of V has also attracted more and more attention. Here we talk about traditional things, including two aspects: UV lotion, the so-called droplet system and the state of dispersion, both of which are currently sold on the market. First of all, we talked about the low molecular weight of lotion. The aesthetic color effect after coating is very close to oily or full solid UV. The preparation of granular dispersion results in high molecular weight and very good current control

here we talk about a new type of UV lotion, which is characterized by low molecular weight, resulting in a good coating aesthetic feeling, followed by high gloss, very good chemical resistance, and does not have the characteristics of physical drying. I want to explain that it means that after the solvent or water volatilizes in the UV system, our hard resin dispersed things may produce physical drying and a certain hardness. this picture is mainly to compare the new UV lotion and the total solid content for a comprehensive analysis. From the perspective of molecular weight, the new lotion is low molecular weight, and the total solid content is produced by very low aggregates. From the perspective of aesthetic feeling of coating, the comparison results of the two systems are almost the same, and the chemical resistance is also very close. Because it is water-based, it takes a certain time to disperse with the full solid content system. Physically, it is the same as the full solid content system, and it will not dry itself. Through such a system, through the aqueous UV system, we can achieve the effect achieved by the full solid UV system. Our last product design is to introduce our two-component design method

as for the current situation, the Secretary's data is based on the European market. The two-component system has been increasingly recognized in the market in recent years, mainly for some colored paints, which can be roughly divided into the following four types. The first one is the molecular body of bingylic acid with primary hydroxyl group. There are also lotion of bingylic acid with hydroxyl groups, and the molecular weight can be generally medium to low. The next two can be referred to. The third one contains no self crosslinking Bing acid and polyurethane, but there is no hydroxyl functional group. Here, we can measure and notice the second one, because it has two conditions: the first one is droplet shape, which is close to our solvent system, and the other one is low molecular weight, which determines that it can reach a high level in the effect of coating. Just mentioned that the phase II Bingji acid solution has a good effect, but it will also bring more trouble in application, because it takes a long time to prepare and the process is relatively complex. If the product comes out on the market, the price is generally expensive, and it is droplet like. Even before mixing with the curing agent, it will produce a very turbid lotion like state, which will bring some inconvenience. When we mix, how much curing agent you mix is lotion like, It's difficult for everyone to judge the opaque state. How good will it be after I mix it. The second naturally leads to slow crosslinking speed

the focus here naturally goes back to the new water-based resin with hydroxyl group pod, which is mainly used as a bilayer system to control the molecular weight in the state of low molecular weight. At the same time, our high degree of fat connection can roughly improve the speed of cross-linking very quickly. The last one is that its dispersed particles are very small, so the transparency in the tank is better than others, We mainly compare the pod number of two collet hydroxyl groups installed on the new water with that of the oil-based one.
